What to expect from a class:
Non-Stop Fun: If your kids love moving, climbing and swing from the cieling. then this is the place for them. Our class goes through the basics of Silks, Lyra (Hoop) and Hammock
friendly Coaches: Our coaches know exactly how to challenge every child at their level while making sure they feel confident, safe, and supported every step of the way.
Life Skills: No matter which class you choose, our classes are designed to help your little one build important motor skills as well as confidence in their movements

We have classes for ages 2 and Up
What Do They Need To Wear?
Kids can wear anything they feel comfortable to move in and can choose to either where shoes or be barefoot during class

How long is a Class?
Our littlies (2-5) Classes run for 30 mins. All other classes run for 45mins
When do Classes Run?
We have classes on Monday, Wednseday and Thursday for kids
